Before your order ships
You can cancel any order that hasn't shipped yet, free of charge. Signed-in customers can cancel from My orders; otherwise call or WhatsApp us with your order number.
After your order ships
Once an order is on its way it can't be cancelled, but you can refuse the delivery or return it under our returns policy.
Refunds on cancelled orders
Prepaid orders are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Cash on delivery orders have nothing to refund.
Cancellations by us
Occasionally we may cancel an order, for example if an item goes out of stock, the pin code isn't serviceable or we suspect fraud. We'll tell you straight away and refund any payment in full.
Bulk and corporate orders
Custom and engraved orders can be cancelled only before production starts. Any advance paid for materials already procured may be non-refundable; this is stated in your quotation.
