- Payment details: handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN or bank password.
- Enquiries: what you send through contact and bulk enquiry forms.
- Technical data: cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your cart, plus basic analytics if you allow them.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders, including returns and refunds.
- To reply to your questions and quotes.
- To send order updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
- To send offers, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe any time.
- To prevent fraud and meet legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
Only with the partners needed to serve you: payment gateway (Razorpay), courier companies, SMS/email providers and our hosting provider. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for 8 years as required by tax law. Other data is deleted when your account is closed or when no longer needed.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing. Update your details in your profile, or email sales@example.com.
